GTS17 Series

Beside machine installation, compact design, multi-knife and slow-speed rotor, reversible feeding hopper.

  • Tilting feeding hopper.
  • Feed throat designed for manual or automatic feeding by conveyor or robot.
  • Reversible hopper for feeding from either longitudinal side.
  • Multi-knife rotor with staggered knives.
  • Rotating and fixed knives in tempered steel.
  • POLY-V belt transmission with belt self-tensioning device (exept Basic model)
  • Pulley-flywheel with large mass cutting rotor for uniform cutting force.
  • Screen grid in stainless steel.

GTS25 Series

Medium duty or beside-machine installation, high cutting capacity and large feed throat size. Self-cooled open type rotor. Particularly suitable to regrind bulk scraps and blown containers.

  • Air-cooled multi-knife open-type rotor with tangential cutting knives.
  • Rotating and fixed knives in tempered steel.
  • Belt transmission with large size pulley flywheel.
  • Screen grid in stainless steel.
  • Large material collecting box fitted with suction probe holder.
  • Wheels with brake for easy handling.
  • Easy opening and access for easy maintenance and cleaning.

GTS30, GTS40 and GTS45 Series

Heavy duty application. Granulation of large rejected parts from injection and blow moulding, sprues and lumps from machine start-up, extrusion scraps (sheets, pipes, profiles and film).

  • Fully soundproof units to assure noise levels within CE standards.
  • Feed throat for manual feeding or by belt conveyor.
  • Tilting hopper with manual jack for easy opening and access for cleaning and maintenance.
  • Self-cooled cutting chamber with double angle knives for 'scissor cut effect' to reduce energy consumption, heat and powder formation (double scissor effect on 45-100 model).
  • Multi-knife open-type casting rotor supported by external bearings and protected by rotating side plates to avoid material friction (outboard double row bearings on 45 series).
  • Rotating and fixed knives in AISI-D2 (K110) tool steel.
  • Belt-driven large mass rotor with large size flywheel; large inertia for uniform cutting force.
