A range of single and three phase hopper loaders built on many years experience and incorporate the latest technologies, for example all single phase, three phase and centralised loading system utilise a common configurable control panel.

All units are fitted with the latest generation electronic panel allowing adjustment of loading, pause and the optional proportional valve times without the need for an additional plug in module. Status and alarms are also indicated.

Products

SP range: Single Phase Loaders
A choice of 5 models in the SP range with throughputs from 55 to 220 kg/hr, with receiver capacities from 3 to 20 dm³
Units also feature soft start control and brush wear monitor.

TP range:  Three Phase Loaders
A choice of 8 models in the TP range with throughputs from 50 to 1000 kg/hr with receiver capacities from 2 to 30 dm³
These units guarantee the utmost reliability, employing maintenance free 3 phase vacuum blowers.

TP1
A special model for Micro moulding; the receiver is manufactured from clear Pyrex glass with the filter being fitted to the floor standing vacuum blower frame.

Duetto range: Three phase units with 2 material receivers
The special Duetto range allows two receivers to be loaded from a single vacuum blower, effectively a mini central loading unit.

Venturi range: PX1V
The PX1V is a venturi loader operated by compressed air. An extremely compact design, best suited to non dusty granules i.e. masterbatch. The receiver is manufactured from clear Pyrex glass. A large, easy removable filter is fitted for ease of cleaning and maintenance.

Options

• Proportional Valve: for controlled loading of two materials (virgin and regrind). Fits directly to the hopper loader and controlled from the loader timer control. A unit with a separate timer is available for connection to other hopper loaders

• Magnets: a number of magnet sizes are available used to filter out ferrous metals to prevent unnecessary and costly down time.

• Universal Support: Fully adjustable to allow fitting of a SP or TP loader receiver to most machine hoppers
