Single Phase Hopper Loaders

- A cost effective method of loading plastic granules
- Low initial outlay
- Ideal for when material is loaded from beside the processing machine
- Four models within the SP range giving throughputs from 40 to 180 kg/hr
- May be used in conjunction with VP proportional valve
Three Phase Hopper Loaders
- The TP range of three phase hopper loaders guarantee the utmost reliability in handling plastic granules
- They are the best solution for transporting material over great distances
- The TP range are fitted with side channel, maintenance free, 3 phase motors with 8 models
- Throughputs from 50 to 1000 kg/hr
- May be used in conjuntion with the VP proportional valve
- Will save money over the longer term
Duetto Loaders

- An extremely compact 'mini' loading system
- The Duetto consists a 3 phase vacuum blower and two material receivers
- Motor and receivers ratings and sizes are as with the TP range but may be sized to specification
- Ideal for a single machine and associated dryer or similar arrangement
Proportional Valves

- The VP range of proportional valves has a proven design unchanged in 25 years
- A unique blade action ensures positive closing of each port
- The system does not require any gaskets or seals and component wear is practically non existent
- Two versions are available:
- VP-1 is connected and time functions are controlled by the SP, TP or Duetto loader
- VP-2 with separate timer for connection to other makes of loaders
Central loading systems

- A central loading system provides total control and flexibility
- New Omap equipment is of a modular design. This allows us to customize a system, tailored to your specific requirements that may include: drying, dosing, mixing
We will undertake the complete installation either at factory build stage or to replace an existing system with minimal disruption to your production schedule- The new electronic control has been exhaustively refined. It is very reliable yet simple to use

- Control is effected either at the individual receiver or the central control panel (Times include loading time, pause time, cleaning time and proportional valve times
- A single 4 core control cable ensures simple installation and expansion
