Going beyond 35 mm thickness? There are some key additional tips we always recommend:
- Use low sag material to maintain shape and consistency.
- Apply thermal centring to ensure even heat distribution.
- Set the correct die gap and tooling for your specific dimensions.
These may seem like small details, but in our experience, they make a world of difference to the final result.
