We have engineers throughout the country available to provide service work on all the equipment we provide. We have a workshop on site where we can carry out repairs and maintenance on equipment that doesn’t need to be replaced but could just do with a bit of TLC. Thanks to his extensive experience, Phil can even provide phone support on injection moulding machines.

Our engineers are F-Gas certified.

Intelicare hold large quantities of genuine supplier stock, which are available for immediate dispatch. Intelicare also has immediate access to our supplier’s spare parts which cover every eventuality. Customers with our planned maintenance contract will also benefit from:

Spare parts discount

Customers with the plan will benefit from a 10% discount on spare parts.

Consigment stock

As an optional extra, customers can request a consignment stock complete with spare parts to support their particular project. This will be provided alongside the delivery of equipment and will be kept with the customer. As and when the customer uses spare parts, these will be charged to the customer individually and replenished by Intelicare. Please get in touch for further details.

This is the most cost-effective way of optimising equipment and maintaining efficiency, especially for those customers with continuous production facilities. For chillers, we can even set parameters, view alarms, carry out diagnostics and generally keep an eye on performance and efficiency via Frigosystem’s software, FS-I link.

We can coordinate all of this and carry out visits at a time to suit you.
